ARLO Pet Spa provides grooming, daycare, and related pet care services for dogs. Service descriptions, durations, and prices are published on our Services and Packages pages. We reserve the right to adjust services based on your dog's coat condition, behavior, or health needs, with your approval when possible.
Appointments can be requested through our booking form, by phone, or by email. A booking is not confirmed until we send a confirmation message.
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee. Home pickup appointments require advance scheduling and confirmation of the pickup address.
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept major credit cards and other methods displayed at checkout. Prices listed on the website are estimates and may vary based on coat length, condition, temperament, or add-on services. You will be informed of any price changes before work begins.
For the safety of all dogs and staff, we require that all pets be up to date on required vaccinations and free of contagious conditions at the time of service. Please disclose any health issues, allergies, aggression, anxiety, or special needs when booking.
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if a dog's behavior or health poses a risk to themselves or others. In case of emergency, we will attempt to contact you and may seek veterinary care at your expense if you are unreachable.
ARLO Pet Spa takes great care with every dog. However, grooming and handling animals involves inherent risks. By using our services, you agree that ARLO Pet Spa is not liable for injuries or illnesses that result from pre-existing conditions, undisclosed behavior issues, or events outside our reasonable control, except where caused by our negligence or misconduct.
We expect all clients and visitors to treat our staff with respect. Abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior will not be tolerated and may result in refusal of service and removal from the premises.
